On Friday evening, the Philadelphia 76ers played their final game of the preseason at home against the Atlanta Hawks.

The 76ers won by a score of 120-106, so they finished the preseason with a 2-2 record in four games.

Since the regular season will begin next week, teams have to make roster cuts, and the 76ers have now waived David Duke Jr. and Ricky Council IV.

Via Austin Krell of 97.3 ESPN FM: "Ricky Council IV and David Duke Jr. have been released of their contracts — two-way and Exhibit 10, respectively. They are free agents.

The Sixers would like to have them join the Blue Coats, source tells @973espn."
